The 30-Minute Weekly Grooming Routine Every Guy Needs
You don't need a spa day — you need 30 minutes. Here's the weekly grooming routine Vero Beach barbers recommend for looking sharp every day.

The Barbershop Standard, At Home
You can't replicate the chair at home, but you can stretch the time between visits with 30 focused minutes a week. One weekly session beats a daily rush, every time.
Set aside a single block — Sunday evening works great — and run through the routine below.
The Weekly Routine
Minutes 0–10: Wash and condition your hair, then your beard. Minutes 10–20: trim the edges — neckline, sideburns, stray beard hairs — using the guidelines your barber gave you. Minutes 20–30: oil the beard, style the hair, and check your eyebrows and nose hair.
That's it. Thirty minutes and you look like you're between visits, not between haircuts.
The Tools That Make It Easy
A trimmer with adjustable guards, a pair of good scissors, a boar-bristle brush, and a hand mirror. Everything else is optional.
Stock up on your products at the shop and we'll show you exactly how to use them at home.
