These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website barbervero.com and the services of Blessed Barbershop at 1915 43rd Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960. By using the site or booking services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Appointments

Bookings made online are requests confirmed by our system based on barber availability. If you must cancel or reschedule, please contact the shop at 772-266-3567 as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability at our discretion. Walk-in check-in is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and does not guarantee a specific wait time.

Pricing & Payment

Service prices are displayed at the time of booking. Payment is made at the shop at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for third-party payment errors. Prices and service menus may change without notice.

Referral Program

The referral program rewards clients with a credit after every 5completed referrals, as described on the site. Credits are issued at the shop's discretion, have no cash value, and may be revoked if referral activity appears fraudulent or abusive. The current referral reward is $15.00.

Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages as described in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access another user's account, interfere with bookings or queue data, or use the referral system improperly. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms other users.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Blessed Barbershop or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blessed Barbershop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. We are not responsible for failed or delayed SMS or email delivery caused by third parties (for example, mobile carriers or email providers).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indian River County, Florida.
