• To send you SMS notifications you opted into — appointment confirmations and reminders, walk-in queue updates, and occasional promotions. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
• To send you email you requested, such as our newsletter (managed through MailerLite).
• To operate the referral reward program and apply earned credits.
• To improve our services and communicate about operational changes.

SMS & Email Consent

We only send text messages to numbers for which we have recorded consent, typically by checking the SMS consent box when booking an appointment or checking in. Consent is stored with a timestamp. • Supabase — database and authentication, hosted in the US (us-east-1).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Twilio — sending and receiving SMS text messages.
• MailerLite — newsletter and email campaign delivery.
• Google Calendar — only when you choose to add an appointment to your own calendar; we do not receive your calendar data.

We never sell your personal information. We only disclose information to third parties as described here, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and our business.

We use essential cookies for authentication and to keep you signed in. Our site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance purposes.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep appointment, queue, and contact records for as long as needed to operate the shop and satisfy accounting and legal requirements. Opt-out records are retained to honor your preference not to receive text messages.
